Before you request.

Please review these key terms. They are a short summary so you know the main rules before sharing project or event details.

A request does not reserve a date

Submitting the Event Details & Service Request starts the conversation only. Availability and project fit must be confirmed.

Booking requires a contract and a $50 fee

If you decide to book after reviewing your price, we’ll email you the full contract and payment instructions. The nonrefundable $50 booking fee is credited toward your total service price. Your date is secured only after the contract is signed and the fee is received.

Changes may affect availability and cost

Rescheduling, cancellation, location changes, added time, or added services may be subject to the full contract and additional fees.

Creative work remains protected

Captures By Kenna retains copyright to the photographs and video. Client use, portfolio use, editing restrictions, and delivery terms are explained in the full contract.

Accurate details are required

You are responsible for providing correct contact, event, timing, location, permission, and service information.

Your starting estimate
Editing, travel, and other requests are quoted separately. Your quote will confirm the final price.

This is not the full contract. If your project is accepted, the complete agreement will be sent privately for review and signature before booking is confirmed.
